How long will it take to get my order?

Preorders will remain active for 1 week after the go-live date. Once the preorder window is closed I will submit the order to the printer. Once submitted order fulfillment usually takes 2-3 weeks, any delays will be communicated accordingly. Once the order is received from the printer I will start packing and shipping orders. I do work full-time night shift Sunday - Wednesday. While I will be filling orders during those days please allow for some extra downtime during those days. Thursday to Saturday will be the main order packing and shipping days.  

Can I change my shipping address?

If your order has already shipped no we will not be able to change it after the fact. Please make sure to verify your address before completing checkout. Any items returned to Sugoi Teku, due to wrong address/ return to sender, will be subject to additional shipping fees. 

Will I be able to request a refund once my order is placed? 

All sales are final and nonrefundable. However, if your product arrives damaged or defective, please send an email showing the issue and we will be happy to help you out.

Do you combine shipping?

We do! Feel free to stop by multiple times throughout the week we are open and shop, we will refund you the extra shipping charges ASAP.
